EXCHANGE & RETURNS
When buying online, you cannot try on and feel the products. We understand that this might cause some issues
and that you may wish to return an item. Our policy is described below:
Okinx offers all customers the opportunity to return their purchase of full price merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. We also offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on selected items.

After the 14th day from the delivery date, returns will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for shipping a return and any fees that may apply. We recommend keeping a record of
your tracking information.
All returns must be unworn and have all tags attached. Returns without tags, worn or damaged by customer will not
be accepted and shipped back to sender.
Upon arrival, returns will be inspected and approved for refund. please allow refunds 3-7 days to be processed.
refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your statement.
All exchanges/refunds must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to
proceeding with an exchange/refund. Contact us by filling the form available in our contact page for all
exchanges or refunds. Provide your name, order number and a daytime phone number in all communications
with us. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return
authorization number must be clearly written on the package.
Okinx is not responsible for return packages improperly addressed. this will cause a delay in refund.

Customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed.
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with
their merchandise. Such customers’ fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or
postal service. Atrium has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs
fees for merchandise sent outside of Canada.
